The Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club has released the Notice of Race for the first edition of the Hong Kong to to Puerto Galera Yacht Race.
There will be two starts for the inaugural edition, with the smaller boats setting of on the 16th April 2019 and the majority of the fleet starting racing on 17 April 2019.
The 650nm category 1 race will end in Puerto Galera, a town on the Philippine island of Mindoro. Puerto Galera is known for its dive sites and beaches. The Puerto Galera Yacht Club is situated within one the world's rarest and most beautiful, natural typhoon shelters and is the recognized hub for all cruising routes in and out of the West Pacific.
